Path From the Shore

Jill Smith. A series of knittings based on the gansey patterns of the Scottish fleet.

Gansey patterns used:

“Path From the Shore” (Zig Zag or Marriage Lines.) “Harbour Steps” and “Netting”

Made on the Isle of Lewis using Harris Tweed wool and made up into a cushion backed with Harris Tweed by her daughter Saffron Paffron.
